We are in the process of implementing an enhanced version of the STAND program, which is not currently operational. In this interim period, there are several options:
- If you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else, immediately call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255 or 911.
- Visit the UCLA STAND Together During COVID-19 webpage to access self-guided materials designed to lift moods and ease anxiety and depression.
- Make an appointment with UCLA Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and review other available resources.
